ABOUT US

HR Connections was started by Debbie Barr Shapiro in 1993 to provide experienced service in the Human Resources executive and professional HR staffing market. Our motto, “we match the best HR people with the best HR jobs” was adopted based on feedback we received from our clients and our candidates regarding our service.

Prior to starting HR Connections 29 years ago, Debbie Barr Shapiro spent 12 years as a HR professional with PepsiCo and Texas Instruments. Debbie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Michigan State’s Broad School of Business. This experience and education provide her with a clear understanding of the critical success factors within the HR function. This has been a competitive advantage over many other recruiters who do not understand Human Resources today.

HR Connections is a service driven business looking forward to servicing your needs.
